The steps are as follows:
Determine the depth of the ball bearing drawer (the depth of the cabinet must be 10mm more on the basis of the length and width of the drawer. The drawer in the figure below is 500mm, and the depth of the cabinet must be more than 510mm).
Generally, the steel ball slide rail needs only two screws to fix it. First, measure the position of the first hole of the drawer. In order to allow the drawer to have room for movement, 2mm more should be reserved, so the position is marked as 37mm, and the upper and lower positions are according to the actual situation.
Draw a balanced line for the second screw hole position on the first hole position, and tap the actual hole position on the slide rail (comparison after separating the slide rail as shown in the figure below) with a screw (or follow the hole position mark provided by the slide rail manufacturer), At this point, the hole position marking of the inner rails on both sides is completed
The inner rail installation is basically the same as step 3, the first hole is marked as 37mm.
After completing the marked position, separate the inner rail from the outer rail on both sides of the slide rail.
After the slide rail is separated, align the marked position with the slide rail, and then install the screws.
