1. Importance of drawer slide

Generally, the bottom drawer slide is better than the side drawer slide, and the overall connection with the drawer is better than the three-point connection. The hidden three section drawer slide is equipped with the adjusting nail structure. During installation, the height of the drawer can be adjusted by using the adjusting nail, and then the drawer can be locked with the locking nail of the damping slide, so that the drawer can be pushed and pulled freely. If you want to remove the drawer, just pull out the locking nail of the slide to lift the drawer and separate it from the slide.

2. The installation method of drawer slide is as follows:

(1) First, determine what kind of drawer slide to use. Generally, three sections of hidden slide are used. Please determine the length of your drawer and the depth of the counter according to certain data, so as to select the corresponding size to install on the drawer.

(2) Secondly, assemble the five plates of the drawer, screw in the screws, and the drawer panel is provided with a clamping slot. After processing, put the drawer on the installed drawer, make the hole position of the adjusting screw coincide, and then push the locking screw into the locking drawer and the slide.

(3) Finally, to install the cabinet, first screw the plastic hole on the side plate of the cabinet, and then install the track removed from it. One slide is fixed with two small screws, one before and one after. Both sides of the cabinet shall be installed and fixed.

After the drawer slide is installed, aligning the end of the movable rail (inner rail) on both sides of the drawer side plate with the end of the fixed rail (middle rail), and then gently push it in. When you hear a slight click, it means that the movable rail and the fixed rail have been connected, and the drawer can be pushed and pulled freely.
